Logging in
I forgot my password. How can I retrieve these?
Use the blue login button in the top right-hand corner to report that you have forgotten your password.
I cannot log in, why?
In certain cases the log in process may fail. Have you already checked the following?
- Does your password have capital letters? Please check whether you have entered it correctly. The password is case-sensitive, the username is not.
- Is your IP address set to visible? If your IP address is not visible, you cannot log in to our webshop.
- Malfunction at weekends? Please try logging in again later or contact the service point in the event of a long period of service-failure.
